About Franz
I'm Nicolas. I built Franz.
For years I kept noticing the same thing in the people around me. Colleagues, friends, myself. A constant level of pressure that never got named. Work stress. Relationship strain. Bad sleep. The weight of keeping up while looking fine from the outside.
What struck me was how invisible it stayed. People carried a lot and just kept going. No way of seeing the patterns. No way of knowing what was actually making things worse. No simple way to respond before it built up.
When I looked for something to help, nothing fit. The apps were soft. The language was therapy-coded. Everything assumed you wanted to be guided gently toward a feeling. But most people in that position want something else. They want clarity. They want to see what is going on and act on it.
So I built Franz.
Two minutes in the morning. You log your sleep, stress, and what is driving it. Franz finds the patterns you cannot see from inside your own week, then helps you take one useful step instead of sitting in the fog.
It is not therapy. It is not meditation. It is a daily system for noticing pressure earlier and responding to it better.
I am an engineer turned product manager, and I built Franz in London over the past year. It is still early. I read every piece of feedback. If something feels off, tell me: nicolas@franz.health
