Your data is used to personalise your coaching experience. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time from within the app. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
If you use language in your coaching sessions that suggests you may be in crisis, Franz will surface emergency resources and encourage you to seek immediate professional support. The app is not a crisis service and is not equipped to provide emergency care.
Yes, at any time. If you subscribed via the App Store, cancel through your App Store account settings. If you subscribed via Google Play, cancel through your Google Play account settings. If you subscribed on the web, you can manage your subscription from your Franz account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
